Life’s all about options, so why shouldn't your Client’s experience be the same? This highly requested new feature will allow Pros to provide Clients with a more powerful experience, while giving more control and input into their dream home, renovation, or remodel 🏡.

✅ How to create Selection Options
1. Just head to your Selections tab
2. Click into a pre-existing Selection or add a new one
3. Add your Selection details and save it
4. Click + Add New Selection Options
5. Add your new option

✅ How to send out for approval
A lovely tie into our newly released feature, Selection Approvals, you now have the ability to send your options out for approval to your clients. You can do so, directly from your Selections home page, using the radial button.
🥸 What happens when my Client selects and approves an option?
Once your Client has chosen their favorite option, you will receive a digital approval that will automatically update the Selection choice and automatically change the selection status from "pending" to "approved".
🧐 What else should you know?
1. Before sending out your choices to your client, you can pre-set the projected option, which will be highlighted in blue and labeled, "projected".
2. The price of your "projected" option will impact your "projected price" within your budget
"I don't want my sub-contractors or collaborators to see or comment on Tasks that aren't assigned to them." 🤔
Is this something you've thought about or requested in the past?
Well ...
There is a new permission for Tasks called "Read and Comment on Assigned." When this permission is selected, the only tasks a user can see are tasks assigned to them 🔥. Additionally, they can only comment on these tasks, not edit. This permission is available to both Pro Team Members and Collaborators.
How can I set this new permission?
1. Access the profile of your Pro Team Member or Collaborator
2. Navigate to their "Projects" tab on their Profile
3. Select the Project you want to manage their Task access
4. Edit the user's "Task" access and select "Read and Comment on Assigned" from the dropdown list.
