Exciting news! Using the BuildBook Gantt Chart you can now use multiple activities for successors and predecessors in your schedule. Allowing for more flexibility when setting up a customized schedule. 🗓️

‍Multiple Predecessors

• Multiple items can be connected to a single successor
• You can also see all predecessors that a successor is dependent on by opening the item
• When any predecessor for a task is delayed, the successor task's due date will adjust accordingly

• Use multiple successors to illustrate the order on the timeline
• You can create multiple successors the same way other dependencies are created, either by using drag and drop or by opening the predecessor and clicking the “Add More” link below each Successor.

➡️  Create a printable report of your selections, also formatted to save as a PDF!

• A new menu located in the upper right of Selections now includes a Print button
• Choose what details you want included in the report including Category View or Room View, prices, descriptions, or comments
• Option to only show items in Open or Completed status
• Use the print preview to instantly see adjustments before printing
• Export to PDF for supported operating systems (Most Windows and Mac systems feature a PDF option for printing)

➡️  Rearrange Categories within Selections

• The same new menu located in the upper right of Selections that includes the Print button also includes a new "Arrange Categories" option
• The new arrangement is reflected everywhere they are displayed (Budget, Selections, print preview)

➡️  Convert an Opportunity to a Project

• You can now convert an existing opportunity into a project with just a few clicks!
• From the Opportunity, there is now an option to “Convert to Project.” The new project can be created from a Project Template or from scratch.
• Newly created projects from Opportunities will include a new link at the top of the project to the Opportunity - and from the Opportunity, a link back to the project.
• Link settings can be adjusted in the Project Settings area, where existing Projects and Opportunities can be linked together.

Edit Chat and Comments

• Now you can edit any comments or chat messages that you’ve sent! Simply click the ••• menu on a chat or comment, choose Edit, and make your changes.
• When a comment has been edited, we’ll show an “(edited)” tag next to it, so that everyone’s on the same page.

‍‍Fixes & Improvements

• Combined Activity and Comments Feed enhancement where all Comments and Activity for an item are now in a single, chronological order, making it easier for you to see the history of an item.

• Fixed a bug where Selection costs were intermittently being reset to $0
• Downloading an image from Files now automatically downloads the image vs. opening it in a separate tab
• Improved the UI for Favorited Projects with long names in the main Projects list

• We added a Google Map link to each project address beneath the project title on web and mobile so that everyone on the project can easily access the location of the project on the go!

‍‍Fixes & Improvements

• The back button on Android presented a bug where the user was logged out
• Deleting a Phase from the Schedule that also had Tasks grouped inside of that Phase would previously delete the Tasks from the Schedule, but the Tasks still remained in the Tasks tab. We enhanced this so that deleting a Phase with Tasks will keep the Tasks in the Schedule and will only delete the Phase.
• Fixed a bug where Task assignments in Opportunities weren’t saving
• Made enhancements to Card View in Opportunities that makes this the default view vs. List View
