Material selections, which also may be referred as "client selections", or simply "selections” describe the choices and decisions a homeowner makes in regard to the way the home will look when it’s finished. This includes choosing building materials, such as flooring, paint color, countertops, cabinets, trim style, windows, etc. More often than not, selections involve the client deciding which appliances and fixtures they'd prefer based on their individual tastes and budget constraints.
