We renovated this late 70s kitchen, with a modern farmhouse feel blending black lower cabinetry with hickory upper cabinets. The backsplash is an artisan handmade subway tile, from a local artisan, and the appliances are a Samsung suite of black stainless variety. The half bathroom was also renovated for convenient access to the backyard pool, and while we were at it we refinished the hardwoods throughout, did a light update on the stairs & office, and added a pantry.
