Nestled in the Beach neighbourhood, this 3-story home underwent a remarkable transformation. Guided by one of our architectural partners, we collaborated with an interior design partner to reimagine the top two floors. Here’s how we crafted personalized havens for each family member: ⭐Abundant Light: Large windows, doors, and skylights now flood the space with natural light, creating an airy ambiance. ⭐Playful Retreats: The kids’ rooms and bathroom exude playfulness and joy. We even carved out a cozy storytime nook for those dreamy nights. ⭐Dual-Purpose Office: The new office serves as a pleasant work-from-home space and cleverly conceals a Murphy bed for guests. ⭐Principal Suite Oasis: High above the trees, the principal suite commands serene views of the park and landscaped backyard. It’s a luxury hotel-inspired space complete with a window seat, soaker tub, curbless shower, and custom storage. And don’t miss the rear roof deck—a private escape under the open sky.
