By constructing a floor spanning the entire width and length of the sport court, we were able to convert the underutilized area into distinct upstairs and downstairs spaces. Upstairs you'll find an office, powder bathroom, and a speakeasy. Downstairs is now a gym, powder bathroom, and spa.
