Our bid process ensures you get the highest quality product at a reasonable price. You can be assured that we strive for straightforward, transparent estimates,, and work hard to honor quotes and respect your money. We also feel it's important to respect your time and we know our clients are eager to get into their new home quickly. Time and money are important to everyone, and we pledge to respect both for our clients. Your bid is a work in progress through the project, with your approval every step of the way. Only pay for what you "spend". For example, if we budget $10,000 for cabinets, but the total cost is only $8,000, that's what you're charged.

With 20+ years experience and a lifetime of being around construction, he prides himself in quality craftsmanship. Timmy and LeeAnne are married and have two kids, Owen and Olivia.Tyler Poloronis

Tyler has been in the construction industry for 20+ years, and also a lifetime with his dad being one of the area's most reputable contractors, as well as many family members on both sides. Tyler prides himself in quality construction in a timely manner for his clients. Tyler and Lindsey are married and have four kids, Karcen, Gannon, Kami, and Laikyn.Lindsey Poloronis

Lindsey previously worked for the Dept of Health as a parent coach. She and LeeAnne are in business together at Sunkissed Boutique and Coastal Self Care. She enjoys the home building process, and seeing client's dream home come true. She will help guide clients in picking the perfect house plan, and through the entire process start to finish, in an easy to work with, friendly, transparent manner. LeeAnne was formerly a School Teacher and School Counselor. She and Lindsey are now in business together owning a boutique and a self care retreat. She also provides mental health counseling. LeeAnne also enjoys the home building process and choosing options that will go well together to make a house a home.
