Owner/Designer/Draftsman

Dawn Bass is the owner and founder of Orchard Valley Homes. She is very involved from each step of construction from the initial design meetings, plan drawing process, design collaboration with clients and the actual build of the home. She is well versed in many different styles as well as helping clients meet their unique custom requests, detailing colors, styles and textures, coordinates plan layouts and architectural detail. Dawn is part of every aspect of the custom experience.

Alex Bass

Owner/Business Manager/Project Oversight

Alex Bass is the owner and founder of Orchard Valley Homes, along side his wife, Dawn. Alex is the oversight business manager of Orchard Valley Homes. He is intricately involved in each aspect of the build process from the initial meetings to daily construction/site details to the finished construction project. He is experienced in business management and construction detail. Alex is also the oversight of all projects within Orchard Valley Homes and completes them with quality as his main focus.

John Berry

Job Foreman

John is the job foreman of Orchard Valley Homes. He is responsible for construction scheduling, quality management and subcontractor management.

Maddie Beatty

Administrative Assistant

Maddie works in our office in Temple, Texas. Her job consists of organization of job files, bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable and she is the Purchase Manager in charge of all purchases and shipments in relation to our jobs.
