He is the owner of Ocean Construction, LLC along with his co-owner and investor Jose Mata Jr. Carlos excels in managing projects from the early stages of conceptual design through planning and construction. Carlos works together with clients, design professionals, and project related personnel on coordination, scheduling, and implementation of the project details in order to build a successful project.
