We recently completed a modern basement remodeling project in Brookfield, WI, transforming the space into a versatile and inviting area. The project included insulation, framing, drywall, door installations, rustic-contemporary LVP flooring, and a full bathroom build, all designed with a sleek and functional style. To start, we insulated the basement for improved energy efficiency and year-round comfort. Framing was completed to define functional spaces, including a large recreation area, storage space, and a new full bathroom. Drywall installation ensured smooth finishes, and new doors were installed for added privacy and usability. The centerpiece of the remodel is the full living area, which features a contemporary industrial design. The ceiling was painted in a striking industrial black, adding depth and a modern aesthetic to the space, while the walls were painted in crisp white to maintain a bright and clean atmosphere throughout the basement. This remodeled basement now provides a comfortable and stylish extension of the home, perfect for entertaining, relaxing, or hosting guests.
