Our most popular and economical option. Choose from one of our most popular floor-plans already in production, and we will collaborate on design and fixture selections. Our building process is so efficient that we can often have your personalized home ready for move-in faster than you can buy one on the existing home market. Timeline: Typically < 5 months
Pre-Construction | Design-Build
Looking for a specific lot or for something unique? We can plan your home from the ground up! JP Custom Homes specializes in creating spaces for your family's unique needs. Timeline: Varies with design and season, but generally our "Turn-Key" process takes half the time as Traditional Design-Bid-Build.
