Managing Member. Perform day-to-day operational control of Green Street Development, LLC, which includes acquisition, contract negotiations, securing financing, project management, sales and marketing. Acting as General contractor on several complete renovations projects in the Washington, DC Metro area. Collaborated with architects on renovation design, obtained permits and oversaw framing, electrical, mechanical (HVAC) and plumbing skill-sets. Also responsible for maintaining budgets and materials supply. Completed several total renovation projects in NW, Washington, DC, currently involved with projects in Baltimore City, and in negotiations for additional properties to renovate for sale or hold as rentals.Contact Us
