The client had an existing master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and was looking for a modern design and a more accommodating layout. Objectives: Redesign the existing space to include a bathroom, a walk-in closet, and a bedroom large enough to comfortably fit a king-sized bed. Design a bathroom with enough space for a double sink, a custom vanity, and a deep soaking alcove tub. Improve energy efficiency by spray foaming the crawl space and installing new windows in both the existing areas and the new bathroom.
