DHY Texas Builders, just completed a custom home for us. the house spanning about 6000 sq. ft, was built from the scratch. Step by step by joe haddad and his people worked on it. On completion, theh house looks better than we imagined. We have taken possession of the house and moved in. We luv the house.

Outstanding Warranty Service and a Kitchen I Still Absolutely Love We remodeled our kitchen with DHY Texas Builders a while back, and I still smile every time I walk into the space. The craftsmanship has held up beautifully, and the design continues to feel fresh and functional. Recently, we noticed a single cracked tile—nothing major, but enough that I reached out to ask about options. Even though we were just outside the warranty period, DHY didn’t hesitate. Joseph assessed the issue, and replaced the tile at no cost to us. That level of integrity and customer care is rare, and it deserves to be recognized. The repair was done quickly, professionally, and with the same attention to detail DHY brought to the original remodel. It reminded me why we chose them in the first place: they stand behind their work, and they genuinely care about their customers long after the project is finished. I couldn’t be happier with our kitchen or with the service we received. Highly, wholeheartedly recommended.

We found DHY Texas Builders through the Buildzoom Project Management Company. We did interview 2 other contractors Buildzoom introduced, but were so impressed at the get go by how Joseph Hadad (with DHY Texas Builders) took so much time to really painstakingly study and try to understand our vision. We talked with Joseph for a whole 2 hours on a Sunday, and we knew immediately we’d found our guy! Joseph put together for us a detailed home remodel plan. He reworked and adjusted the plan to fit our needs and our budget accordingly without ever compromising on quality. There are items we still want to incorporate in the near future and we intend to call no one but Joseph again when the time comes. Our renovation project involved a complete kitchen makeover, breaking down the wall between the existing dining room and kitchen, and between the kitchen and living area to create a totally open living space. A kitchen island was added along with plenty of new custom cabinets and recessed lighting. Old shelving on either side of the fireplace were torn down and new windows added in their stead. The old brick fireplace was replaced with a modern electric one which provides great ambience. New porcelain tile flooring was laid throughout the house. New roof and gutters were installed, and the whole house was painted in and out! Both bathrooms were completely redone with new windows, custom cabinetry, new Japanese toilets, new shower in the main bath and new tub in the guest bath, all with designer tile. We converted the two smaller bedrooms into our one big adult “playroom”….to house our entertainment, computer and gym equipment. Joseph gave us a time frame of 6 months to complete the project, and he certainly went way beyond to keep his commitment! He put in so much more than what’s originally on paper (like giving me custom cabinets, lights under the kitchen cabinets and extra outlets on the kitchen islands) without raising the cost. And whatever Joseph does, he does it with his whole heart and soul! Joseph was very much hands on with our home renovation project every step of the way from start to finish! He communicated with us on every detail and posted updates for us regularly and frequently on Buildbook.com so we could track the progress of our project. If we had any question, we could text or just call him, and he’d always respond within minutes! Joseph has the most wonderful team working under his guidance. They are all extremely hardworking and loyal because of his great leadership, and because he treats them with respect and like family. And let me tell you about his number one partner: his wife,Dikla! What an incredible interior designer she is! She was instrumental in helping us pick out all the interior and exterior elements (such as faucets and door knobs, paint color, counter top design etc.) that elevate the aesthetics of the whole house! We feel so blessed to have Dikla’s input throughout our project. Like Joseph, Dikla always goes the extra mile…..For instance, the electric fireplace we ordered was delivered with the remote control missing. Dikla took it upon herself to contact the manufacturer to procure the missing remote control for us! Dikla also, before we even started breaking ground, contacted our Homeowner’s Association to help us get approval for various components of the renovation project. I’m telling you, not only did we get the best contractor we possibly could, we also got the most wonderful interior designer. It’s like getting two for the price of one! We have been extremely pleased with how everything turned out! Joseph’s precision and attention to every detail has certainly paid off. We now have the most beautiful place we can be proud to call our forever home!

DHY Texas Builders are awesome tradesman. The general contractor and his wife are very efficient, and they are present all the time. Joseph came to me after I had a bad experience with another contractor. The other contractor took $25K from me without nailing one nail for my renovation. Joseph made sure that we communicated almost every day, sometimes two or three times per day. He posted pictures for me to see the progress of the project. The workers from DHY are awesome. They were very respectful. They knew what they were doing. I would definitely use them for my next project. The workers went beyond what was required. I am so grateful that DHY Construction was sent by God to me.

We could not be more pleased with DHY. From the very first visit for the initial quote, Joseph was thorough and seemed to understand what we really wanted. Throughout the process, he and Dikla were so helpful in helping us craft a realistic vision and make it come to life. We had Joseph and Dikla paint our entire house, remodel our kitchen, and remodel a bathroom shower. All turned out spectacular! Very easy to work with. Extremely clear in communication, expectations, schedule, and scope. We plan to work with them again in the future.

Joseph and Dikhla were incredible to work with. They totally gutted and renovated our two bathrooms and kitchen. The end result is beautiful and my family and I are very pleased with Joseph’s workmanship. Here are a few things that I feel are very important for you all to know: 1. I found Joseph to be fair with his pricing and went above and beyond his services to make sure we were content. 3. Compassion and respect. The few contractors I met were quick to dismiss my wife or speak over her. Joseph was always kind, respectful and generous with his time. 4. Great aesthetic sensibility. The secret weapon of the company is their design team- Dikhla. She puts together incredible comps and helps you bring your vision to life. Joseph is the on the ground contractor that also pushes to make sure lines are symmetrical and the final touches are done well. 5. We will be returning to them again. No question about it, any big project I have coming up, Dikhla and Joseph will be the first people I reach out to.

Iossi and Dikla made a garage remodeling for us. Dikla made the floor plans that optimized the use of the space and planned the doors and windows to maximize the natural light. She was such a great help in finding all the materials and caught exactly the atmosphere that we wanted to create in this unit. Yossi was on site every day and looked closely after the work quality. Yossi was very patient and responsive to our requests during the construction process. I have to point out that we didn't need to add a penny on top of the original budget plan! Which we apriciated a lot. We are very happy with the results and would be very happy to work with Dikla and Yossi in future projects.

We did a complete bathroom remodel, Joseph wife was one that created the blue print of the remodel, everything was great, they showed up everyday on time, and they did an amazing job plus the cost was really competitive, would do business again with them

Joseph and DHY Texas Builders helped convert a studio and garage into a one bedroom ADA home for our parents. Joseph was an excellent communicator throughout the project, even when we had to be out of state. He and his team were responsive to any concerns, and Dikla provided wonderful interior design suggestions that really brought together our vision for the home!
