When tasked with modernizing the main floor of a home in Toronto’s Woodbine Beach area, we eagerly accepted the challenge. Collaborating closely with the homeowners and their designers, we quickly drafted a comprehensive plan that catered to the diverse needs of the entire family. ⭐We opened up the back for maximized light, replaced the doors and windows, and upgraded the staircases. ⭐Our team moved the formal dining room to the front and reconfigured the space to create a new pantry and closet area. ⭐Custom millwork was carefully planned and installed in the kitchen, wet bar, banquette, pantry and closets. ⭐Hockey gear now has its own ventilated roll-out storage, and a bike garage tucks away where nobody would ever find it. ⭐The kitchen is now a modern chef’s dream, and she’s already producing award-winning pies.
