CPR just completed our bathroom remodel. Could not be happier with the job. Very professional. Gary gave us a lot of great ideas and kept us informed through the entire process. They went above and beyond with everything they did.

We were in need of a bathroom renovation. Our one-piece sub and surround piece had a crack in it, the toilet space was tight, there was one old vanity and not much storage. Captive did a redesign that had us losing very little shower room while giving us more toilet space and a double vanity! The double vanity provided plenty of storage and was supplemented by two medicine cabinets for even more storage. The shower feels just as large, so we feel that we lost nothing and gained a lot. In addition, the entire bathroom flows better, and the craftsmanship is top-notch! The bathroom is amazing, especially given the tight space they had to work with. They even found the cause of the crack in our old tub. It was a floor issue that they were also able to resolve for us. Great work, quick timeframe, very professional, and a fantastic end product. It was certainly worth the money. I highly recommend them.

Lou and his team were wonderful to work with. We hired them to reface our kitchen cabinets and replace the countertops and sink. Lou was attentive and interested in listening to exactly what we wanted. He was also flexible throughout the project through whatever issues arose. When it came to doing the work for our job, Gary was thorough and professional. All the contractors who came in and out of our home during the weeks they were here were very nice people and delivered quality work. The project was concluded with a thorough cleaning, which made stepping into our new kitchen a delight. We also relied on Lou’s handyman service to do a few projects around the house which was such a help! We love our new kitchen, and I am grateful to have worked with such a reliable, quality team.

Lou and his team did a great job for a reno project I needed to complete for a home in Toby Farms in Brookhaven. Lou is a great communicator and very responsive to keep a timeline for a project on target. Also gives great recommendations for a more budget friendly solution! Lou and his team installed a new tub, tile and faucets in my bathroom. I could not be more pleased with the results. Everything was handled in a professional and timely manner from the demolition to the finishing touches. Special shoutout to Gary for staying late and cutting tile in the freezing cold to get the job completed. Really enjoyed getting to know all the guys and look forward to working with them again!

Lou and his team are top notch! I have used these guys many times for my own flips and for my clients. What I love about them most is not just the professionalism, meticulous renovations, affordable prices or the fact that they stick to their time lines. But that they truly understand how to work with investors on flips and the guidance they provide on what renovations will produce the best ROI, where you can spend less and what you should not cut back on. When they renovated my flip it sold for the highest price that building has ever had in just 2 days. I also refer them to clients who have given me nothing but excellent feedback every-time.

Captivate was incredible to work with. Lou was SO helpful throughout the entire process, from making decisions on appliances to sourcing those appliances, working with me to make sure that my vision could be executed without breaking the bank. One thing that stands out is how absolutely friendly, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile these guys are. From helping me shovel and salt my driveway and sidewalk, to working around overlapping construction/paint/plumbing/electrical schedules, to just making pleasant conversation and being friendly, they were just so consistently great to work with. I really, really can't recommend these guys highly enough. 5/5 for sure.
