Excavate, grade and install Gravel Road with Parking Pad Residential
Excavate for the installation of a new road leading to a vacant house that the owner purchased to be renovated. Prior to excavation, there was no access to deliveries and suppliers. Install three types of stone for compaction in areas with wet and soft soil. Excavate to solid soil and compact, install surge stone layered with baby surge stone, and final grade with a minimum of 6 inches of GAB C-R=6.
