Randy established Bouwkamp Builders, Inc. over 35 years ago as a result of his passion to build homes and build a business. He spends the majority of his time developing new projects, meeting with new clients, managing and assisting in the land development and building design process, and staying current on industry trends and the latest in products and technologies. Randy has his Graduate Builder Certification, is a Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist, and is also a licensed REALTOR® and Broker.

Quinn graduated from Hope College in 2019 with a Business Degree and interests in marketing and design. She performs many administrative tasks as well as proposing new marketing initiatives, managing all websites, and updating clients on the development of upcoming projects and events. Quinn enjoys meeting new people and works to help create a friendly and efficient work environment.
