"Biter Design Build was great to work with. We needed a pool house built to match our existing home. He told us he would treat the project as if it were his own and he did. He was diligent to get our HOA’s approval and the match to our existing home (which was required) is remarkable. He helped with the architectural renderings which saved us money big time. Even though our home was built about 12 years ago he was able to match all our finishings to a T. He pointed out and corrected things that we did not even notice throughout the process. People that see the pool house have remarked that it looks like it belongs and has always been here. Communication was a million times better than any contractor I’ve dealt with.
