Axis Vehicle Outfitters

Its been a year now in our adventure rig. We continue to love its functionality making it easier to get outside with our 2 daughters (ages 2 and 6 months). When we are not on adventures- it functions as a play station, reading nook, diaper/ feeding and potty training hub! Working with Taylor and Gretchen was smooth. They were able to answer the many questions I had during the building process and made efforts to follow up when I reached out. I really trusted their knowledge and the thoughtful family friendly design and craftsmanship.

We were in a Chevy Pop top van and the POP top just took up too much space inside. We wanted two bed for the 4 of us without all that mechanical bullshit. We also wanted a full kitchen set up, nice counters and did not need/want a bathroom taking up the living space. Van camping/living for two people is one thing, but with 4 we want space inside and we can go to the bathroom outside and jump in lakes to clean off... of use the portable shower or a hot shower at a camp ground. Axis was the solution.

I went into the market looking for a van that fit our family (as you know, most vans fit just a couple). Once I spoke to Taylor & Gretchen, I was blown away by their professionalism. I knew exactly when my van was going to be done ahead of time, the attention to detail, and always being around to answer my many questions made this progress AMAZING! Highly recommend!!

In terms of being an Axis Van owner, there isn't a month that goes by (we've had our van for three years) where it doesn't solve an old or new problem. On a scale of 1 to 10, Axis earned a 20! Serious. Genuine folks at Axis. No BS from day 1. We were shown patience and care all along. The Axis team expertise was impressive and the result was a van that has lasted years! Functional, attractive, BULLET PROOF! The build is true to form. It's been awesome to keep in touch with the Axis team; their expertise is always an email away!

I’d been researching on and off for about four years and we decided to build a Ford Transit with Axis Vehicle Outfitters; the vehicle platform, build layout and honestly, their modus operandi drew us to them and our finished van is, in our opinion, the best of all worlds for our outdoor family of four who wants to go anywhere, anytime. We found this company and its employees to be fantastic people and the attention to detail on our build has met and exceeded my own (my wife will tell you she previously thought this impossible). I’d do it ten times over.

I wanted a simpler build that fit my lifestyle of winter and summer sports. It took patience to find the right fit of build, builder and materials. Axis Vehicles had the perfect layout for my uses and the timeline fit. My wife and I talked about it over dinner the night before extensively and when we woke up we drove over and put a deposit on the build. An excellent day! There are no compromises about road trips for skiing, kiting, camping or wing foiling. The vehicle makes everything easier and more comfortable.
