Arne Homes

Everyone told us that building a house was stressful. From the very first meeting we realized working with Brandi would prove all of them wrong. I would not call myself a decorator so I needed guidance in choosing the right finishes for our forever home and Brandi did not disappoint! She was very knowledgeable and patient and helped us create such a beautiful place to call ours. Her professionalism is beyond compare and I would recommend her to anyone!

1. If we were going to build another home, we would build with the Arne's! We do not miss our old home because we love our new Arne Home! 2. We loved working with Jay and Tammie Arne! We also loved working with Kyle, Kim, Brandi and Paul! Awesome people of integrity! 3. If we ever had an issue, the Arne's would make it right! 4. Great communication! They always responded in a timely fashion if we had a question or a concern! 5. They have always made us feel like we were important to them, not just another customer! We consider all of them friends! If we had any suggestions for improvement, it would be in the area of the paint job. However, as we understand from another employee, this has been rectified. That is because we believe that the Arne's want the best for their customers!

It's really hard to pick just one area or feature in my new dream home. If I chose just one area it would be the kitchen and great room. I'm looking forward to the activities with family and friends in this area. I've enjoyed seeing all the selections you assisted me with coming together to make a lovely home for us. Thank you so much for helping us during our design and build process.

This was our fifth new build and it’s stressful to say the least, however working with Brandi made this build actually fun. I relied on her to help us with picking out everything we needed to choose for our home and I have no regrets on how our home turned out. Her attention to detail is beyond what anyone can imagine. One of Brandi’s many talents is home design, and the end result was beautiful. Any time we had a question she was just a text or call away and we never once felt like we were bothering her. Paperwork was ready for us to go over on time and she explained everything so efficiently. We knew going into this process that Arne built a quality home but being honest a big factor on choosing them to build our home was knowing Brandi would be helping with the interior design. Brandi is extremely good at her job but the best part she is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. Arne is a great builder and they are lucky to have her on their team and you will be even luckier to have her on YOUR team.

I have been an agent for 11 years and helped many clients with new construction homes. I truly enjoy the process, but I have never enjoyed the process as much as this last one with Arne Homes. Brandi went above and beyond her vision,her ideas and her patience was truly amazing. I honestly cannot wait to do another deal with Brandi and I look forward to working with her again.
