Our History
After a decade of serving the country and years superintending for other builders in the Prescott area, Palerider Construction came to fruition. With most of close and extended family being in the construction industry in one form or another, Palerider Construction has access to decades of knowledge. The outstanding relationships that have been developed over years of hard work, means there is no problem we can’t solve. This includes previous employers, willing to answer the phone when we call. At the end of the day, what we are truly striving to build is relationships.

Ben knew 2 things about his future when he was growing up. He was going to work a blue-collar job and that he would serve some time in the military. What he never realized was one would make him exponentially better at the other. With years developing stress management, leadership, and communication skills he realized quickly he should be running his own job sites. Originally working for a track builder, fast tracked into Superintending and moving up to semi-custom and then full custom, he managed to develop a passion for something that had previously just been an occupation.Smash
